What is Weekly Checkpoint?

  1. The weekly checkpoint is a document that will keep track of all the tasks you set forth to complete in your weekly schedule. This document is meant to hold you accountable.
  2. The mentee must submit the task they completed, did not complete, and what kind of obstacles they faced during their preparation. The mentee must be honest in their response to the mentor's responsibility to provide frank and SPECIFIC feedback on how the mentee may overcome the hurdle/obstacle.
  3. The purpose is to create a conversation around the mentee's study tactics and guide the mentee onto a successful path to securing a high score on step 1.
  4. The weekly checkpoint is an essential part of effective learning. It helps mentees understand the subject being studied and clarifies how to improve their understanding.
